Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then. Everything is managed from your billing settings, no email required.

What counts as one search?

One search is one positioning run that produces a ranked report. Re-opening, sorting, filtering, or sharing a report you already generated does not count. Tracking communities and reading weekly digests never counts against your search quota.

Do you offer refunds?

If Burrow does not return useful communities on your first paid search, email us within 14 days and we refund the month in full. We would rather give the money back than keep a customer who did not get value.

Is my search data private?

Accepted Answer

Your positioning, reports, and tracked communities are private to your account by default. A report only becomes public if you explicitly share its link. We never sell data and never use your positioning to train models.

What happens when I hit my search limit?

Accepted Answer

Pro includes 20 searches a month and the counter resets on your billing date. If you need more before the reset, you can upgrade to Studio for unlimited searches and the change applies right away. We never auto-charge overage fees.

Question 6

Does the API count against my plan?

Accepted Answer

API access is included with Studio. API searches draw from your unlimited Studio quota, with a fair-use rate limit of 60 searches per hour. If you need higher throughput for a product integration, contact us and we will sort out a dedicated limit.
