The service

Burrow is a research tool that finds and ranks online communities relevant to a product or positioning, and helps you track those communities over time. Reports are informational. Burrow does not guarantee that any community will produce customers, and how you engage with a community is entirely your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Burrow for legitimate research and outreach planning. You agree to respect the rules of every community and platform Burrow surfaces. You will not use Burrow to plan spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or any activity that violates a platform’s terms. Burrow finds rooms; it does not give you permission to misuse them. Abuse of the service may result in account suspension.

Accounts and plans

You are responsible for activity under your account. The Free plan includes one search. The Pro plan includes twenty searches per month. The Studio plan includes unlimited searches subject to fair use. Plan limits and features are described on the pricing page and may be adjusted with notice.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly as you choose. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. If your first paid search does not return useful communities, contact us within 14 days for a full refund of that month.

Intellectual property

Burrow and its design, code, and content belong to Burrow. The reports you generate are yours to use. Community data shown in Burrow originates from public platforms and remains subject to those platforms’ terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Burrow is provided as is. Community data is gathered from public sources and can be incomplete or out of date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burrow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
